This is a strictly high grown bean in the mountains of western Honduras. Coffees grown there are known for their chocolate and caramel flavors. We roast this coffee to a full medium roast, just short of where it becomes a dark roast. The coffee comes out with a nice body and brings out the natural flavors of the bean.
