Our Safari Blend is a full bodied dark roast with it's roots in the Pacific island of Papua New Guinea that has an earthy start and a clean berry citrus finish. We finish it off with some coffee from the dark heart of Africa - The Congo. The Kawa Kanzururu Cooperative is an exciting new Coop with a network of 24 micro-mills along the western rim of the Rwenzori Mountain Range. The flavors of the Congo coffee add depth to the brew that makes it a finish clean with no burnt taste.
